Black and white view of the Espeluges cave in Lourdes, featuring a sculpted calvary in the rock and a metal railing below. The reverse side has a handwritten address to Mme Muffar in Sainte-Infante, with a postmark from Lourdes dated September 13, 1937, and a note stating 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side.'
