Description

Pilgrimage to Lourdes in front of the Massabielle cave, with a crowd of faithful under a rainy sky, some holding umbrellas. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Leo in Ruffec, with a handwritten text praising the locals and friends. Two 20 centimes stamps of the French Republic, canceled in Lourdes on March 24, 1933.
