Statue of the Virgin Mary in a white and blue robe, holding a rosary, in a cave surrounded by vegetation. Golden lettering around the statue: « JE SUIS L'IMMACULÉE CONCEPTION » and « QUE SOY ERA IMMACULADA CONCEPCIÓ ». Reverse: handwritten French text mentioning a pilgrimage to Lourdes in 1958, French 15-franc postage stamp, postmark « LOURDES 1958 », and address to Ivory (Switzerland).
