Black and white view of the Basilica of Lourdes, with its imposing bell tower and circular stairs, surrounded by wooded mountains. On the reverse, a handwritten script addresses the card to Madame Gérard Petit in Saint-Gaudens, with an 8 franc stamp and a postmark from Lourdes dated 5-9-1955.
