Bird's-eye view of the basilica of Lourdes surrounded by hills and a river, with a green 5-centime Republic of France postage stamp. On the reverse, a handwritten note dated August 24, 1908, addressed to Monsieur Lepiand, mayor of Manetention, with a postmark from Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines dated August 21, 1908.
