Postcard depicting the basilica of Lourdes perched on a hill, with the Massabielle cave in the foreground where the Virgin Mary is said to have spoken to Bernadette. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Edition P. D.' and a handwritten letter addressed to Nicole Fabre in Douzens, dated May 29, 1955, with a 12.5 franc stamp and a Lourdes cancellation.
