Description

Black and white view of a natural cave with a statue of the Virgin Mary nestled in the rock, a marble altar and a candelabrum. The reverse indicates that the cave was consecrated on January 27, 1958, with a handwritten letter dated September 15, 1959 addressed to Mrs. and Mr. Sechat in Lourdes. 20 franc 'Lourdes' postage stamp canceled 'LOURDES 15.9.59'.
