View of a natural cave decorated with an altar with candles, a statue of the Virgin Mary at the top of a rocky wall, and a large candelabrum of candles. On the reverse, a postcard dated 10/7/62 sent from Lourdes to Mr. and Mrs. F. Guite in Toulouse, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a Lourdes dispatch postmark.
