Statue of the Virgin Mary in a cave, surrounded by vegetation, with circular inscription: 'E Suis Immaculée Conception' and 'Que Soy Immaculada Concepción'. Reverse: 8 franc blue stamp, Lourdes postmark of 11-9-1952, handwritten address to Mr. and Mrs. Maurice in Chiry-Oise, and mention 'Photo Edition Quinault, Lourdes'.
