Black and white view of the entrance to the sanctuaries in Lourdes, framed by two angel statues and a central cross, with visitors in period attire. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription indicates a pilgrimage undertaken on 12/4/50, addressed to Madame Gijust in Montrouge (Seine), with a 1950 postmark and a Lourdes cancellation.
