Pilgrimage scene in Lourdes where a crowd of sick people is seated in front of the Massabielle grotto, under a cloudy sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Jeanne Rouelle in Paris, with a green 20-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Bayonne dated July 23, 1923.
