Statue of the Virgin Mary in a cave, with the inscription 'JE SUIS L'IMMACULÉE CONCEPTION' in the background and 'QUE SOY L'IMMACULADA CONCEPCIÓ' at the base. Reverse: correspondence dated April 22, 1925, sent from Lourdes (France) to Compiegne, with stamps and cancellations from the Musée des Arts Pyrénéens in Lourdes.
