Bird's eye view of Lourdes showing the basilica and surrounding buildings, with mountains in the background. Printed text at the top: 'Souvenir of the Cinquantenaire (1858-1908). 23. - Lourdes. - Bird's Eye View.' On the reverse, a handwritten letter from Bathilde to Y. Debet in Azerat (Dordogne), with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Toulouse dated 17/03/1908.
