Description

Panoramic view of the Monts Maudits in the Central Pyrenees, with a hiker in the foreground and several identified peaks (Nethou, Pic Garoné, Maladetta). On the back, a postcard sent to Madame Tuchinet in Paris, with a violet 20-centime stamp and a postmark from Sulfur (Aix-les-Bains) dated April 28, 1933. The sender, Gaston Denis, added a handwritten message: 'souvenir d'un beau voyage'.
