Description

View of the Parc des Quinconces in Luchon with a statue on a pedestal and several people in period costume. The reverse side bears a handwritten note dated August 28, 1929, addressed to Mr. Chuffort in Gourdon, with a 5-centime postmark and a postmark from Luchon.
