Panoramic view of a mountain sanatorium, surrounded by forests and gardens, with an arcade structure in the foreground. The printed text at the bottom indicates 'Luftkurort Plättig'. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Avize (Marne, France) with two obliterated postage stamps: a postmark from Avize dated 27-8-1930 and another from 58-10-56N.
