Description

Official proclamation dated 20 June 1915, addressed to the population of Lunéville by General Goeringer, commander of French troops. It announces the retreat of German troops and the restoration of peace, with provisions for civil security and communication. Reverse: military correspondence dated 20 December 1914, sent to Mr. G. Philippson, officer of territorial engineering administration in Neufchâteau (Vosges), with signature of Roger.
