View of Hotel Grammont in Luxeuil-les-Bains, a classical-style thermal establishment with an arcade facade and a central tower. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated February 21, 1920, addressed to Mrs. Claire Paretto in Paris, with a postmark from Luxeuil-les-Bains and a note 'Curie Postale'.
