Postcard showing the Lion of Lucerne, a commemorative monument carved in rock, with Latin inscription 'FELICITERUM FIDEI AC VIRTUTI' and date 'SEPTEMBRIS MDCCXCII'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 8 II 1903 sent from Lucerne to Madame Th. Bischoff in Riquewihr, France, with four 5-centime Helvetia stamps and a postmark from Biefannah.
