Description

View of the apse of the New Church of Fourvière in Lyon, built from 1872 to 1884 following a vow of October 8, 1870 to consecrate a new sanctuary to the Virgin. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Lautruiz in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, a 10-centime green stamp, and a Lyon cancellation.
