View of the apse of the Church of Ainay in Lyon, identified as the oldest church in the city, built in the 6th century and rebuilt in the 10th and 11th centuries in a Roman style. The reverse has a correspondence dated January 11, 1915, addressed to M. Maurice Belgeus in Paris, with a 10-centime postage stamp of the French Republic.
