View of the Bartholdi Fountain in Lyon, depicting a seated goddess on a chariot pulled by four horses, framed by lampposts. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated June 6, 1909, addressed to Mr. Joseph in Auvray, mentioning the difficulty of correspondence and the food in Lyon.
