View of the new Lyon prefecture located on the Cours de la Liberté, an imposing neo-classical building with a roof adorned with pinnacles. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Marcelle Chatel in Chambéry, with a red 10-centime stamp and a cancellation mark from Tyon dated May 13, 1904.
