View of Lyon's Town Hall, a Baroque building constructed between 1646 and 1672 by Simon Maupin, with its imposing pediment and clock tower. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated September 29, 1918, addressed to 'Gordre' in Lyon, with a mention of 'UNITE FRANCAISE' and a postage stamp.
