View of the Carnot Monument in Lyon, with a central statue and sculptures at the base of the obelisk. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 18/1/1918, addressed to Mademoiselle Luccia in Clos des Amémières, Épône, with a 15 centime postage stamp and a postmark.
