View of the Palais du Commerce in Lyon, an imposing neoclassical building with ornate roofs and richly detailed façade. Printed text at the top indicates the publisher and construction period. Back: green 15-centime stamp, Toulouse cancellation mark of 14 June 1913, handwritten address to Madame Gargette in Paris, and correspondence text 'Roms barrières, souvenir petite Marie'.
