Description

Black and white view of the Prefecture of the Rhône in Lyon, an imposing neo-classical building with ornate roof and central staircases, surrounded by gardens and trees. On the reverse, a postcard sent on October 10, 1906, with a red stamp and postmark from Sainte-Adresse, addressed to Madame J. Laplace at the Hospice of Sillé-le-Guillaume, with a handwritten letter dated October 10, 1906.
