Interior scene of a woman in a pink dress sewing on a sewing machine, looking at a little girl in a blue dress holding a bouquet of flowers. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated March 14, 1916, addressed to 'Dear Uncle Tony', mentioning the health of the parents and children, and expressing the hope of seeing each other soon. The postmark and cancellation are visible at the top right.
