Description

View of Plaza de Castelar in Madrid, featuring the majestic Post Office Building with its neo-Gothic façade and imposing bell tower. In the center of the square, a circular fountain surrounded by lampposts and a few period vehicles. The reverse contains a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Tayen in Reims, with a Spanish postage stamp from 1915 and a Madrid cancellation.
