Description

Colored view of the cathedral in Mainz (Mainz Cathedral) with its Gothic towers and surrounding buildings. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 1 November 1923, sent from Mainz to family members, mentioning a departure for Nancy and transportation difficulties. The stamp and cancellation are illegible.
