Printed text in multiple languages (German, French, English) and signature 'M.H.' at the bottom right. Reverse: handwritten letter to 'Chérie Cordoune' dated November 1917, signed 'M. Derkès', mentioning a return to Mainz after military service and a travel plan with a friend.
