Description

View of the castle of Maisons-Laffitte, located in a park, with a statue in the foreground. The reverse details its history: built in the middle of the 17th century by the architect François Mansard for Louis XIV, it was later owned by the Count of Artois, then by Marshal Lannes, and restored in 1904 by Mr. Malençon.
