Lively view of the seawall in Malo-les-Bains with pedestrians and bathers in period attire, in front of buildings and kiosks. On the reverse, handwritten address to Madame Philippe Bourseau in Épinay (Seine), dated 24 June 1939, with a publisher's stamp from CH des Arts in Sceaux.
