View of the new Courthouse in Manthes, a neoclassical building with a colonnade and pediment, in front of which several people and a velocipede stand. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Monsieur Lucien Grosos in Ézy, Eure, with a stamp and postmark from Manthes (77) dated 4-7-1907.
