View of the Town Hall in Mantes-sur-Seine, a stone building with a clock and slate roof, surrounded by shops and a few passersby. Reverse: postcard sent on August 18, 1935, stamped with 8 francs, with postmark Mantes-64, Seine-et-Oise, addressed to Mr. Bougues in Paris, accompanied by a handwritten message: 'Our very beloved brother / 18.8.50'.
