View of the Arc de Triomphe in Aix-en-Provence, adorned with sculptures and inscriptions, with a moving tram in the foreground and pedestrians in the square. The reverse bears a handwritten address to André Hour in Gard, and a green 35-centime stamp with a Nîmes cancellation dated 26/9/13.
