Colored view of the Castle of If in Marseille, with two sailboats at sea. The printed text in French and English mentions its construction by François I and its use as a state prison. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated March 3, 1913, addressed to 'Dear little sister' and signed 'Your affectionate brother, (Se Seynors)', with a Paris postmark and cancellation.
