Description

View of the Gate of Annam, a monumental three-arch entrance with Chinese gable roofs, during the Colonial Exhibition in Marseille. Two elephant statues adorn the sides of the entrance. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Germain de L'Estade in Marseille, with a 20-centime French postage stamp canceled in Marseille on June 20, 1909.
