View of the Arc de Triomphe in Marseille, a monument erected in honor of the glories of the First Republic and the Empire, with horse-drawn carriages and pedestrians around it. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 5-9-19 sent from Marseille, with an address to Montreal and a signature 'Édouard'.
