Description

View of the Gate of Aix in Marseille, an imposing monument adorned with sculptures and reliefs, surrounded by pedestrians and vehicles in a lively square. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 13, 1911, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. René de Charmette in Lyon, with a 5-centime French postage stamp and cancellation.
