View of the Arc de Triomphe de Marseille, adorned with sculptures and inscribed 'À LA RÉPUBLIQUE MARSEILLE RECONNAISSANTE', with a crowd of people at its base. On the reverse, a postcard dated November 29, 1931, sent from Marseille to Paris, with a blue 30-centime stamp and handwritten text addressed to 'Madame Carpentier' in Athens. The publisher is listed as 'LEVY ET NEUBUEN RÉUNIS - MARSEILLE'.
