Black and white view of the Sainte-Marie Lighthouse in Marseille, with several sailboats at sea and rocks in the foreground. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated April 7, 1924, sent from Avignon, mentioning a trip to Marseille and plans to visit Avignon. The stamp and postmark are visible at the bottom right.
