Colorized view of the Old Port in Marseille with numerous sail and motor boats, and a crowd of people on the docks. Printed text at the bottom: '102 MARSEILLE. — The Old Port. — LL.'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated February 27, 1917, sent from Marseille to Charmey (via Lonzey), with a postal stamp 'L.L. Offcom' and cancellation 'Mar. 27 févr. 1917'.
