View of Marseille City Hall, an imposing classical-style building with a façade adorned with sculptures and pedimented windows. Printed text at the bottom: 'MARSEILLE — The City Hall — ND Pbot'. Reverse: handwritten address to Valenciennes, 10-centime postmark, dispatch postmark 'MARSEILLE' dated 23 September 1907, and receipt postmark 'VALENCE NORD' with date 23 September 1907.
