View of the central obelisk on Place Castellane in Marseille, surrounded by trams and pedestrians, with urban buildings in the background. The reverse bears a handwritten address to 'Miss Françoise Duvoy, at her parents' home in Guimpont, Côte du Nord', a 50-centime postage stamp, and a cancellation stamp from 'ORLEANS' dated 17 July 1907.
