View of the Promenade de la Corniche in Marseille, with Le Petit Nice in the background, bordered by buildings and vegetation on a steep terrain overlooking the sea. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Cher Cousin', with a 50-centime French postmark and a Marseille cancellation dated May 28, 1925.
