Description

Colorized view of the rue de Noailles and the Canebière in Marseille, showing the Grand Hôtel on the left and the Nouvelles Galeries de Paris on the right, with vehicles and pedestrians. On the reverse, a postcard sent on November 23, 1939 from Marseille-Gare, stamped 40 centimes, to Madame Simone Guintrand in Lyon, with a handwritten inscription 'Affectueux souvenirs de Marseille'.
