Description

Statue of Notre-Dame de la Garde venerated in the crypt of the basilica, acclaimed during major processions between 1856 and 1878. The reverse indicates that the area for correspondence must contain no handwritten inscriptions and displays a 0.10 c. stamp without visible cancellation.
