Description

Panoramic view of Marseille with the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garoupe in the background and the city spreading gently downhill. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 13 November 1913, addressed to Madame Monceau in Gépyt, mentioning the visit of the 'little one' to the 'Obra' and a signature of 'Nantes'. A green 1 franc postage stamp canceled.
