View of Meaux Town Hall, an imposing building with a clock and balcony, dated around 1910. The reverse contains a handwritten letter addressed to 'Chéri Cousinier', dated August 1st, mentioning a hospitalization in Paris and a planned return after three months. The postmark and cancellation are illegible.
